摘要 介绍60Si2Mn弹簧钢热轧盘条技术要求和生产试制。转炉冶炼过程中,出钢温度不低于1 640℃,终点w(P)≤0.010%,终点w(C)≥0.40%;LF炉精炼时间不低于60 min,白渣保持时间不低于15 min;连铸时,采用结晶器液面自动控制技术和电磁搅拌技术,目标过热度≤40℃,均热段温度(1 060±50)℃,开轧温度(970±30)℃,吐丝温度(850±20)℃。热轧态13 mm 60Si2Mn盘条抗拉强度970~1 040 MPa,断面收缩率25%~28%,中心偏析和一般疏松均不大于0.5级,晶粒度8.5级。试制弹条的疲劳试验达到700万次时未发生断裂,残余变形0.5mm,其余各项指标均合格。 Abstract To introduce the technical requirements and trial production of 60Si2Mn spring steel hot-rolled wire rod. The tapping temperature is no less than 1 640℃ in the process of converter smelting, terminal point w (P) is no more than O. 010% ,and w(C) is no less than O. 40%. The refine time in Ladle Furnace is no less than 60 rain, white slag keeping time is no less than 15 min. crystallizer liquid level automatic control technology and electromagnetic stirring technology were adopted in continuous casting, target superheat is no higher than 40℃, soaking zone temperature is ( 1 060 - 50)℃, opening rolling temperature is (970 + 30) ℃, wire laying temperature is (850 -20)℃. Hot rolled diameter 13 mm 60Si2Mn wire rod tensile strength is 970±1 040 MPa, reduction of area is 25% -28% , central segregation and general loose were no larger than 0.5 grade, grain size is 8.5 grade. The trial production spring rod didn' t fracture after its fatigue test reached 7 million times, residual deformation was 0.5 mm, the other various indexes were all qualified.
