摘要
简述钢丝热处理生产线对收线机及其电气系统的要求,说明电气控制原理,给出牵引机和收线机的速度设定依据。电气控制系统由人机界面、PLC及变频器组成。人机界面完成工艺参数设置及显示,方便操作;西门子PLC是控制的核心,它根据人机界面的速度设定值,计算出牵引机运行的频率,并通过标定后输出相应的模拟量控制牵引机的运行,同时根据设定的收线机卷径及卷绕圈数,计算出收线机的运行频率,自动调节收线速度,实现不间断连续收线。该控制系统实现不停车连续收线,使收线钢丝层绕规整,满足生产工艺要求,提高劳动效率,降低材料消耗。
To illustrate the requirements of spring steel wire heat treatment production line on take-up and its electric sys- tem. The electric control principle was illustrated. The speed setting basis of traction machine and take-up was given. The electric control system consists of human-computer interface, PLC and frequency transformer. Process parameter setting and display was finished by human-computer interface, which operated conveniently. SIEMENS PLC is the key of control, the running frequency of traction machine is calculated according to human-computer interface speed setting value, the running of traction machine is controlled by corresponding analog quantity outputted after being calibrated. The running frequency of take-up is calculated according to setting take-up diameter and winding laps, to adjust take-up speed automatically and real- ize continuous take-up. The control system can realize no stop take-up, which winds steel wire regularly, satisfies produc- tion process requirements, improves work efficiency, decrease material consumption.
