摘要 介绍HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的生产工艺流程、工艺特点。分别采用微合金化工艺、细晶粒技术和轧后快速冷却技术进行HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的研发实践。结果表明:Nb在钢中的韧化作用效果最大;Ti钢容易在连铸过程中产生套眼,影响生产;用V合金化比用Nb生产成本提高约50元/t;在保持强度基本相同条件下,采用VN微合金化比VFe合金可节约30%左右的V。确定批量生产12~32 mm系列的HRB400热轧带肋钢筋采用VN微合金化工艺,加入V质量分数为0.025%~0.035%。细晶粒8 mm HRB400钢筋盘条的铁素体晶粒尺寸约5~7μm。采用轧后快速冷却技术研制的HRB400高强钢筋晶粒度提高了1~3级,屈服强度提高50~100 MPa,生产成本降低约50元/t,成品钢材表面二次氧化铁皮明显减少,提高产品表面质量。 Abstract To introduce the process flow and characteristics of HRB400 hot rolled fibbed steel bar. The microalloying process, fine grain size technology and rolled rapidly cooling technology were adopted to make research and development practice of HRB400 hot rolled ribbed steel bar. Results show that the toughening effect of niobium in steel is the largest, in continuous casting the titanium steel produce a hole easily, which affects production, the production cost of vanadium allo- ying is higher than niobium alloying about 50 yuan per ton, in the condition of keeping strength almost the same, to adopt VN microalloying can save about 30% vanadium compare with VFe alloy. HRtM00 hot rolled fibbed steel bar of quantity production diameter 12- 32 mm series is decided to adopt VN microalloying process, the vanadium mass fraction added was 0. 025% -0.035%. The ferrite grain size of fine grain size diameter 8 mm HRB400 fibbed steel bar is about 5-7 μm. The HRIM00 high strength fibbed steel bar grain size researched by adopting rolled rapidly cooling technology increased 1 - 3 grade, yield strength is increased 50 - 100 MPa, production cost decreased about 50 yuan per ton, the surface secondary oxidized scale of finished steel decreased obviously, which improve product surface quality.
