摘要
采用旋风二号玉米种子为材料,研究了不同浓度光合细菌(PSB)浸种对其种子发芽率、发芽势、苗高、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量的影响。同时还研究了不同浓度PSB喷施对玉米苗高、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,采用PSB菌液浸种,可以促进玉米种子的萌发和生长,提高叶绿素和可溶性糖含量,其中以稀释10倍的PSB菌液效果最好(p<0.01)。通过PSB菌液喷施叶面提高玉米的苗高、叶片叶绿素和可溶性糖含量,其中以稀释30倍的PSB喷施效果最好(p<0.01)。
Corn seed of 'Xuanfeng 2' was taken as material.The effects of soaking seeds with different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) on germination,seedling height,chlorophyll and soluble sugar content had been studied.Meanwhile,the influence of different concentrations of PSB application and different spraying times on seedling height,chlorophyll and soluble sugar content also had been studied.The results indicated that PSB soaking could promote the germination and growth of corn,and increase chlorophyll and soluble sugar content.The most suitable soaking concentration of PSB was 10-fold dilution(p0.01).Spraying PSB could increase corn seedling height,chlorophyll and soluble sugar content.The most suitable spraying concentration of PSB was 30-fold dilution(p0.01).
