摘要
海洋主导产业是某一沿海地区在一定时期内海洋产业体系的主体,代表着区域海洋经济的根本优势。本文在阐述海洋主导产业内涵、特征的基础上,分析了区域海洋主导产业选择的参与主体及其行为,构建了包括基本原则、判别标准、评价指标在内的区域海洋主导产业评判体系,以期为沿海地区科学选择海洋主导产业,加快海洋产业结构调整步伐提供理论参考。
Leading Marine industry is the main body of marine industrial system in a period of time,which represents the regional marine economics fundamental supremacy.Based on explicating the definition and features of leading marine industry,this paper is intended for analyzing the participating bodies selected ty regional leading marine industry and the participating bodies performance.This paper also constructs an regional leading marine industry evaluation system including the basic principles,the criteria for evaluation,index system,in order to provide a theoretical reference for scientific selection of leading marine industry and quickening the paces of industrial restructuring of coastal areas.
