为提高体系作战能力,从四重网格的概念和特点入手,分析了网络化指挥信息系统建设的原因,提出了以作战需求为牵引、以四重网格的发展为支撑、以综合集成思想为途径的建设思路,从网络化指挥信息系统的功能和体系结构设计方面重点讨论了网络化指挥信息系统的作战流程以及指挥控制、火力打击、战场感知和通信基础等各个网格之间的关系,为构建网络化指挥信息系统提供了依据.

For purpose of boosting the system operational capabilities, started with the concepts and features of the four-tier grids, this article analyzes the construction causes of networking command information system, brings about the constructive thinking in terms of taking the operational requirements, the development of four-tier grids and comprehensively integrated ideas respectively as a pulling, support and way, and discusses emphatically the operational process of the system as well as the relations between various grids including command control, fire strike, battlefield sensing and communication infrastructure, etc., from the prospective of the function and architecture design of the networking command information system, which lays a foundation for the construction of networking command information system.
