学院士官任职教育教学改革的实践

Practice of Teaching Reform on Military Academy Sergeants’Post Service Education

为有效提高士官任职教育人才培养质量,在分析士官教学存在的主要问题的基础上,根据士官任职教育培养目标,着重采取了探索理论实践一体化组训模式、优化课程设置、强化岗位任职能力训练、改进培养过程和加强师资队伍、教学条件建设等改革措施.通过上级组织的毕业学员联合考核,士官理论考核、仪器仪表使用、雷达性能参数调试等取得了历史最好成绩,总体平均成绩92.75分,优秀率75.71%.实践证明教学改革措施是可行有效的.

In this article, based on analyzing the main issues existed in the sergeants＇ teaching and according to the training goals of the sergeants＇ post service education, some reform measures are taken emphatically to enhance the quality of talents training in sergeants＇ post qualification, including exploring the training mode of integration of theory and practice, optimizing the course offered, strengthening their ability training of post service, improving the training process, making the faculties and teaching facilities better and so on. By going through the joint assessment of graduate cadets, set by the higher authority, the sergeants achieves the best results ever at the last for the theoretic examination, operating the instrument and meter, debugging the performance parameters, etc., making the overall average grade of 92.75 and excellent rates of 75.71%. By the practice, it is shown that those reform measures are feasible.
