面向任职需求的士官机电课程实验体系建设

Experiment System Construction of Sergeants’Electromechanical Curricula Facing Post Qualification

为适应士官教学的课程体系改革,实现从以理论教学为中心到以满足岗位任职需求的实践教学为重点的转变.从机电课程实验教学体系建设的视角,在分析现有实验教学体系缺陷的基础上,论证了体系建设的指导原则及具体实现方案,强调实验教学体系建设的针对性,即要面向士官学员的未来岗位任职需求.这不仅为士官机电课程,也可为其他课程的实验教学体系建设提供参考.

In this article, to adapt the curriculum system reform of sergeants＇ teaching, the key point of transformation from theory teaching -centric to the practice teaching for meeting the demand of post qualification is realized, and the guiding principles and its concrete implementation scheme of the system construction are demonstrated based on analyzing the drawback of present experimental teaching system, from the prospective of system construction of the electromechanical curriculum experimental teaching, where the pertinence of experimental teaching system construction is stressed, namely the systematic construction to be geared to the needs of sergeants＇ future post qualification, which can be a reference not only for the experimental teaching system construction of the sergeants＇ electromechanical curricula, but also for their other courses.
