摘要
随着高职教育发展,改革高职院校教师绩效评价制度的要求日益迫切。调查发现,广东高职院校教师绩效评价制度存在考核定位偏差、考核指标体系不尽合理、考核结果应用不科学等问题。改革广东高职院校教师绩效评价制度,需要改变"重绩效轻发展"的考核定位、构建有高职特色的考核指标体系、完善考核结果的应用。
With the development of higher vocational education,reforms of teachers' performance evaluation system are increasingly demanded.Surveys show that the teachers' performance evaluation system of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong has the following problems: the evaluation allocation has been deviated;the indicator system is not reasonable;the application of evaluation results is not appropriate.In order to reform the teachers' performance evaluation system,changes are to be made in evaluation allocation,construction of evaluating indicator system,and application of evaluation results.
