摘要
采用金相法对临界区740,780,820℃下的奥氏体形成动力学曲线进行测定,建立奥氏体形成动力学模型,将模型拟合结果与实验结果进行对比,二者基本吻合。结果表明:退火温度为740℃时,2 min左右奥氏体体积分数可达到9%;780℃时,0.5 min奥氏体体积分数可达到17%。确定退火温度740℃保温2 min,780℃保温0.5 min,均可达到产品奥氏体体积分数的要求范围。
The forming kinetics curve of the austenite was measured at the intercitical annealing temperature of 740,780,820 ℃ via the metallography method.The dynamic model of austenite formation was built.Model fitting results were compared with experimental results,The results show that experimental data and fitting results are consistent.Volume fraction of austenite can reach 9% at the annealing temperature 740 ℃ for about 2 min,and reach 17% at the annealing temperature 780 ℃ for about 0.5 min.The requirement of austenite volume fraction of product can be achieved,at the annealing temperature 740 ℃ for 2 min,or 780 ℃ for 0.5 min.
