摘要
设计一种便携式结晶器开口锥度自动测量装置,该装置可自动测量结晶器在工作段内的开口锥度,实现对结晶器开口锥度的离线测量。基于机械振动理论,对测量装置的动态响应及稳态参数进行分析与优化。通过多点锥度曲线拟合,可近似求取结晶器内壁的形状曲线。
A portable mould opening degree auto-detecting device is designed.The inner-wall opening degree of mould working segment can be automatically measured with the device.The off-line measurement of mould opening degree is implemented.Based on the mechanical vibration theory,the dynamic response and steady parameter of auto-detecting device are analyzed and optimized.By multi-point taper curve fitting,the shape curve of mould inner-wall can be obtained approximately.
