摘要
根据盖板冲压件的结构特点,采用Pro/E的扩展模块PDX设计盖板级进模。分析盖板的冲压工艺性,设计条带布局。以条带布局为基础,创建模架、工作零件和其它组件,并将它们装配从而得到盖板级进模的整体结构。应用PDX软件实现盖板级进模组件的3D参数化设计,提高了设计效率,保证了设计质量。
According to the structural characteristics of stamping parts of cover plate,with extension PDX in Pro/E software,a progressive die for cover plate was designed.The stamping process of cover plate was analyzed and the strip layout was drawn.Based on the strip layout,the die-set,working parts and other components were created,and these components were assembled,the whole structure of progressive die for cover plate was obtained.PDX was employed to implement the 3D parameric design of progressive die components of cover plate,which improved the design efficiency and ensured the design quality.
