超声显像对危险人群孕期的随访研究

Ultrasonogram Usde in Study of Follow the Tracks for Risk Population in the Pregnancy

目的 观察某些“发育毒物”对胎儿的危害结果 ,以强调超声显像用于危险人群孕期监视的重大意义。方法 利用超声显像定期观察孕期前后经常接触某些“发育毒物”的危险人群中胎儿发育情况 ,并以未接触“发育毒物”之孕妇为对照 ,作前瞻性研究。结果 危险人群胎儿的出生缺陷发病率为 15 7% ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,“发育毒物”致畸的相对危险性 (RR)值为 19 6。结论 超声随访危险人群的胎儿情况 ,指导产科处理 ,对降低围产期死亡率提高人类素质有重大的意义。
