三维对比增强磁共振血管造影在主动脉及其分支血管疾病诊断中的应用

The Application in the Diagnosis of the Diseases in Aorta and Its Major Branches with Single Breath Hold 3D CE MRA

目的 评价单次屏气 3DCEMRA在主动脉及其分支血管疾病诊断中的价值。方法 采用Sieamen’s1 5TMR扫描仪 (体部相控阵线圈 ,TR/TE :5 / 2ms ,矩阵 :114× 2 5 6 ,6 / 8FOV) ,对 5 1例临床怀疑主动脉及其分支血管疾病患者行单次屏气 3DCEMRA检查 ,其中 2 8例经手术及动脉导管证实。结果 除 2例因操作失败外 ,其余均获得了优秀的主动脉及分支血管影像 ,3DCEMRA对主动脉及其分支血管病变显示准确 ,2 8例与手术及动脉导管结果对比 ,3DCEMRA诊断正确率 10 0 %。结论 单次屏气 3DCEMRA是显示主动脉及其分支血管的优秀MR影像技术 ,在诊断主动脉及其分支血管病变中具有较大价值。
