摘要
目的比较血气分析仪和自动生化分析仪对电解质检测结果的差异,为临床判断提供依据。方法观察100例重症监护病房患者,同时抽取静脉血和动脉血分别应用自动生化分析仪和血气分析仪检测电解质结果;数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析。结果通过对100对样本分析,动脉血气分析仪(ABG)检测钾离子结果(3.69±0.55)mmol/L,自动生化分析仪(AA)检测钾离子结果(3.84±0.57)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ABG检测钠离子结果为(141.53±9.86)mmol/L,AA检测钠离子结果为(142.72±8.60)mmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论危急情况下可以依据动脉血气分析仪检测的钠离子结果,及时作出病情判断及处理。
Objective To compare the difference of the portable arterial blood gas analyzer(ABG) and the automatic biochemical analyzer(AA) for the measurement of electrolytes to provide evidence for clinical judgment.Methods 100 cases of ICU patients were observed.Venous and arterial blood samples were collected for detecting electrolytes by AA and ABG.The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results By analyzing 100 pairs of specimens,the mean potassium iron value was(3.69±0.55)mmol/L detected by ABG and(3.84±0.57)mmol/L detected by AA with statistical difference between them(P0.01).The mean sodium ion value was(141.53±9.86)mmol/L detected by ABG and the(142.72±8.60)mmol/L detected by AA without statistical difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion In the critical condition,making condition judgment and treatment in time may be according to the detection result of sodium iron by ABG.
