降钙素原检测在手术创伤中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)检测在手术创伤中的应用价值。方法以住院部进行手术治疗的患者为总样本,随机选取手术创伤后发生感染的50例,未发生感染的50例。采用免疫荧光法测定患者的PCT浓度,统计分析其对手术创伤部位感染的诊断价值及对抗生素的使用指导作用。结果手术后感染组患者PCT浓度(3.82±1.75)μg/L,显著高于非感染组(0.63±0.22)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于手术感染患者,使用抗生素治疗后,PCT水平明显下降,恢复效果好。结论 PCT检测可以作为判断手术感染与否的依据,并可指导临床上抗生素的使用,减少抗生素的过量使用。
