跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗体会 被引量：5

摘要 跟骨骨折是临床比较常见的一种骨折,但其骨折往往累及跟距关节面或跟骰关节面,如复位不良,则会导致创伤性关节炎,严重影响足踝关节功能,甚至部分肢体残废,所以对跟骨骨折累及关节面的骨折处理要求恢复关节面的平整及坚强可靠的固定。
