基于GIS的突发事件网络舆情可视化研究

Research on Visualization of Network Public Opinion of Emergency Based on GIS

面对海量的突发事件网络舆情信息,如何及时、准确地把信息优势转化为决策优势,是确保突发事件得到快速处置的关键。现有的网络舆情应用系统在这方面存在着不足,因此提出了利用可视化技术来实现信息优势向决策优势的转换,通过构建完整的突发事件网络舆情可视化体系为决策者处置突发事件以及对突发事件进行先兆预警提供技术支撑。

How timely and accurately transform information superiority into decision superiority,is the key of disposaling the emergency quickly when facing massive information of network public opinion of emergency.For the disadvantages of existing applications of network public opinion in this respect,this paper proposed to use visualization techniques to achieve the conversion of information superiority to decision superiority,by building a complete visualization system of network public opinion of emergency to privade technical support for diaposaling the emergency by the decision-makers and warning emergency in advance.
