土地利用总体规划中区实体的等因子裁剪方法

Area Entity Trimming Method with Equal Factors in the Overall Plan of Land Utilization

针对传统区实体裁剪方法在土地利用总体规划区实体裁剪中的问题,提出了等因子裁区法,并以MapGIS为手段,结合其强大的图形数据和属性数据处理功能,阐述了基于MapGIS的区实体裁剪方法的实现过程,解决了传统区实体裁剪方法在土地利用总体规划海量数据裁剪中费时费力的问题;最后,以广西壮族自治区兴安县土地利用总体规划图件编制为例,对基于MapGIS的等因子裁区法进行了验证。

By the research of the disadvantages appearing with the traditional area entity trimming methods used in the overall plan of land utilization,the area trimming method with equal factors was proposed.With the strong functions of the MapGIS in processing the graphic data and the attribute data,this method solved the trouble for the lack of time and energy in using the traditional area entity trimming methods to trim the mass data of the overall plan of land utilization and the realization process of the area entity trimming methods on the basis of the MapGIS was explained.Finally,by taking the overall plan drawing of land utilization of Xing'an County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,the demonstration of the area trimming method with equal factors was completed on the basis of the MapGIS.
