摘要
当前大学生就业歧视的表现形式多种多样,主要表现为学历歧视、年龄歧视、性别歧视、外型歧视、履历歧视、政治态度歧视、户籍歧视以及健康歧视等等。究其原因,主要包括经济因素、制度因素与观念因素。统筹解决大学生就业歧视问题,大学生要正视现实、分析成因、转变观念、积极面对;高校需深化教育改革措施、健全就业指导工作、理顺专业培养和毕业指导关系;政府应促进经济发展、完善就业制度、健全法律规范、吸纳优秀人才。
In reality,the college graduates should encounter a diversity of employment discrimination.the reason include degree discrimination,age discrimination,sexual discrimination,exterior discrimination,resume discrimination,political attitude discrimination,census register discrimination and health discrimination,etc.Investigate its reason,mainly including economic factors,the institutional factors and the concept of factors.To manage the problem of College Graduates Discrimination,It requires that college graduates should face up to the reality,the analysis of cause,change the concepts,face actively;College should deepen the education reform measures and improve the employment guidance work,the straightening out of the professional training and graduation coaching relations;The government should promote economic development,to perfect the employment system,and perfecting the legal norm,attracting talents.
