摘要
近年来,中央和各省市公务员招考条件出现了一个共同的变化,即中央和省市公务员面向应届毕业生招考的比例越来越小,同时更多的招考职位面向有基层工作经验的人员,一部分职位开始面向工人和农民,还有部分职位定向招录基层服务项目的毕业生。这一显著变化势必影响毕业生的就业选择和择业观。通过对近年来公务员招录条件的这一变化对大学生择业观的影响做初步调研分析,以期对大学生择业观及就业选择、对国家人才和人事政策的制定提供参考。
In recent years,the central and local government civil servant recruitment conditions has a common change that the proportion of the fresh graduate in civil servants employment is becoming much smaller.At the same time,more civil service positions prefer to those who has grassroots work experiences,and part of the positions are begin to provided to workers and farmers,and some positions are specific to graduates who are involved in grassroots service projects.This significant change will definitely influence graduates' employment options and views.In this paper,we will research and analysis the influences of this change to undergraduates' concept of career,in the hope that it will provide a reference for university students choose occupations and the government design human resources strategy.
