摘要
在高等法学教育改革的现实背景下,诉讼法教学的改革取得了一定的成果,但仍存在诉讼法教学整体协调不够、诉讼法教学难以适应当前社会与司法实践的需求等突出问题。这些问题的成因主要来自教材、师资能力、评价体系等方面的局限。根据诉讼法的学科特点,法律职业能力对诉讼法教学的要求包括传授诉讼法律知识、培养诉讼与司法能力以及养成司法职业道德等方面。为此,为了与法律职业要求相适应,新型诉讼法教学模式应在坚持整体性、应用性、互动性的原则指导下,加强教材建设,夯实诉讼法教学基础;加强师资队伍培养,提升教学实力;加强实践教学环节,培养学生的实践与职业能力;创新教学方式,增强学生的知识接受效果;注重教学"对话",提炼经验并进一步上升到理论以指导教学实践。
Although the procedure law teaching reform has achieved many results,it still exist lots of problems.The question focused on the performance of procedural law teaching is difficult to adapt to the needs of the current social and judicial practice.In order to adapt to the legal profession,the new teaching mode of the procedure law should based on guide of the principles of integrity,application and interactivity,strengthen construction of textbook and teaching bases of the Procedure Law;strengthen teachers training and teaching ability;strengthen practice teaching and students professional competence;innovate teaching methods and strengthen effects of knowledge acceptance of students;pay attention to teaching dialogue,refine experience and form theory.
