摘要
目的:探讨乌榄叶水提取物对心脏血流动力学的作用。方法:采用心室内插管技术,通过Med Lab生物信号采集处理系统,股静脉给药,观察药物对正常大鼠心室峰压(LVSP)、左室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、左室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)、心室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室开始收缩至左室内压上升速率达峰值时间(t-dp/dtmax)、心率(HR)的影响。结果:LVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、t-dp/dtmax等指标先降后升,且上升时间明显长于下降;LVEDP无显著变化;在整个过程中HR减慢,并在1min后具有统计学意义。结论:乌榄叶水提取物对心功能具有双向性,先有短暂抑制,后有持续加强,且在加强时,心率下降,有利于改善心肌血液灌注,起保护心肌的作用。
Objective:To approach the effect of the liquid extracts of leaves of canarium pimela koening on the cardiac hemodynamic.Methods:LVSP,LVEDP,HR,±dp/dtmaxt-dp/dtmax were recorded by MedLab-E system via a carotis communis catheterization and femoral intravenous administration.Results:The numerical value about LVSP,±dp/dtmax,t-dp/dtmax was descented first and then rised,and the time of intensification was significantly longer than inhibition,while LVEDP had no significant change;HR was descented in the whole process and had statistically significant effect afer 1 min.Conclusion:The extracts of leaves of canarium pimela koening has bidirectional effect on heart function.After transient inhibition,myocardial contractility would transform to intensification with the descending HR.It help to improve myocardial blood perfusion and protect the myocardium.
