甲状腺功能亢进症患者相关代谢指标变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素水平与糖、血脂以及蛋白代谢之间的关系。方法:检测92例甲亢患者的FT3、FT4、TSH、TC、TG、Alb、CG以及Glu水平并以体检健康者血清标本100份作为对照。结果:甲亢组患者血清FT3、FT4、Glu均明显高于对照组,而TSH、TC、TG、Alb、CG显著低于对照组,两组间8项指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:甲亢患者糖、脂肪以及蛋白质代谢紊乱,通过监测甲状腺激素、血脂、血糖、蛋白质等相关指标,可以明确显示患者的代谢情况,方便临床对该病情况的判断。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of thyroid hormone levels with the metabolic of sugar,fat and protein in patients with Hyperthyroidism.Methods:The levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,TC,TG,Alb,CG,and Glu in 92 cases of hyperthyroidism were detected and another 100 case of serum samples of health were as control.Results:In hyperthyroidism group,serum FT3,FT4,Glu were significantly higher and TSH,TC,TG,Alb,CG was significantly lower than the control group,the differences of eight indicators between the two groups were significant(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:The metabolic of sugar,fat and protein in patients with hyperthyroidism were disorders,by monitoring the thyroid hormones,blood fat,blood sugar,protein and the other related indicators,the metabolic conditions could be clearly demonstrated,which could facilitate the clinical to judge the situation of the disease.
