基于反馈的可伸缩视频编码容错策略

摘要 为提高可伸缩视频编码(SVC)在易错传输环境下的解码质量,研究帧内宏块刷新和参考帧选择2种容错技术,根据视频空间分层下SVC的层间预测特性,提出2种改进策略并进行对比。测试结果表明,在码率控制的情况下,改进的参考帧选择策略传输后重建图像的平均亮度峰值信噪比较高,更适用于低码率的传输环境。 Aiming at the problems of the falling decoded video quality of Scalable Video Coding(SVC) under the error prone transmission network,this paper proposes the real-time feedback-based fault tolerant strategies suitable for low bit rate transmission.The strategies make full use of the inter-layer prediction of spatial layers and enhance feedback-based conventional intra Macro Block(MB) update and Reference Picture Selection(RPS) fault tolerant techniques.The strategies are tested by using SVC common test conditions,and results show that the strategy average Y-PSNR of decoded pictures is higher in rate control,and it is suitable to low bit rate transmission enviroment.
