摘要
地震危及核电站安全,可能直接触发电站停堆。在抗震设计中现有的RG规范和AP1000都引入CAV(累积绝对速度),以排除非破坏性地震的误判。介绍CAV产生的背景,阐述CAV的概念和标准化算法,以实际地震时程数据作计算算例,并结合文献资料说明CAV有助于准确判别地震对于核电站的破坏影响。
Earthquake is fatal to the nuclear power plants. It can directly lead to plant shutdown. Currently, the Cumulative Absolute Concept (CAV) has been employed in both RG code and AP1000 code for anti-seismic design in order to exclude the non-destructive earthquake. In this article, the background and concept of the CAV were introduced, and its standardized algorithm was elaborated. A computation example with the standardized CAV algorithm was provided using the time-historical data of an earthquake. The result of computation was employed to illustrate that the CAV is helpful to evaluate the destructive effect of the earthquake on the nuclear power plants.
