摘要
介绍了用LECO CS—444碳硫分析仪同时测定铀铌合金腐蚀产物中碳、硫含量的燃烧-红外吸收法。采用已知含碳量的合成试样进行条件试验,确定了以铁屑和钨粒为混合助熔剂,当取样量为0.150g时,铁屑和钨粒的最佳加入量分别为0.050、1.500g。本法对硫的检出限为3.6μg/g;碳和硫测定值的相对标准偏差分别为≤3.0%和≤15%;碳和硫的加标回收率分别为98%~111%和92%~102%。
Combustion-Infrared absorption method is introduced to simultaneously determine carbon and sulfur content in corrosion product of uranium-niobium alloy with LECO CS—444 carbon and sulfur analyzer.The suitable parameters were obtained by carbon and sulfur determination experiments on the synthetic samples of known carbon content.Iron scrap and tungsten particle are selected as a mixed flux.When the sample quantity is 0.150 g,the optimal dosages of iron scrap and tungsten particle are 0.050 g and 1.500 g,respectively.The sulfur detection limit of the said method is 3.6 μg/g.RSD of carbon and sulfur measured values are ≤3.0% and ≤15%,respectively.Standard recovery of carbon and sulfur are 98%~111% and 92%~102%,respectively.
