摘要
在50 L反应釜内,利用四氢吡咯、1,4-二溴丁烷与四氟硼酸离子交换合成了超级电容器电解质四氟硼酸螺环季铵盐,进行了电化学表征,讨论了配比、温度、反应时间等参数对产率的影响,总结出反应的最佳条件,并对反应釜的放大效应进行了初步探讨。
Supercapacitor electrolyte,spiro quaternary ammonium tetrafluoroborate was prepared by ion exchange of pyrrolidine,1,4-dibromobutane and fluoboric acid in 50 L reactor.In order to obtain the reaction optimal parameters,electrochemical characterization was conducted to the products,and the reaction ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time as well as other parameters were discussed.And also the magnification effect of reactor was preliminarily estimated.
