股神经阻滞对骨关节炎模型兔血清P物质含量的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨股神经阻滞对骨关节炎致痛后兔血清P物质的影响。方法:选择30只日本大耳白兔分为空白组,对照组和实验组,对照组和实验组制成骨关节炎模型,实验组罗哌卡因连续股神经阻滞1周,ELISA法测三组血清P物质的变化。结果:股神经阻滞后一周,空白组血清P物质29.34±1.43,对照组43.18±15.55,实验组28.66±2.92,空白组和对照组及对照组和实验组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:骨关节炎模型致痛后兔血清P物质增高,股神经阻滞能使血清中P物质释放受抑制,镇痛作用与兔行为学及关节病理学表现一致。 Objective: To explore the change of substance P in serum of arthritis rabbit model atter temoral nerve blocking. Method: 30 rabbits were divided into three groups, blank group, control group and experiment group. Control and experiment groups were made into the model of arthritis, and then experiment group was performed consistent femoral nerve blocking with ropivacaine for one week. The changes of SP level in serum of rabit in all groups were detected through of ELBA at one week after femoral nerve blocking. Results: The mean concentration of SP level in serum of black group is 29.34± 1.43, control group is 21.56± 6.94, experiment group is 28.66± 2.92. There is significant difference between black and control groups, between control and experiment groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: SP level in serum of rabbit which increases due to arthritis can be inhibited after performing femoral nerve blocking. Temporal blocking has analgesic effect, which is in accordance with the ethology and pathology.
