摘要
叙述了PLC的结构、特点以及PLC系统作用,分析了还原焙烧车间备料工段自动化系统设计,提出,设计出最适合的PLC自动化系统应综合考虑多方面的问题,并根据具体的粗镍铁熔炼车间的技术设计资料来确定其配置方案,保证实行的可靠性、高效性和稳定性。
Describes the structure of PLC, characteristics and PLC system function, analyzed the reduction roasting preparation workshop section in automation system design, this paper brings forward, design the most suitable PLC automatic system should be taken into account various issues, and according to the concrete thick iron smelting technology of the plant of the nickel design material to determine its configuration, guarantee the reliability, efficiency and stability.
