工厂化杏鲍菇废弃菌袋再利用技术 被引量:5

摘要 杏鲍菇工厂化栽培时,往往只进行头茬菇出菇培养,之后菌袋直接淘汰,这造成极大的资源浪费。笔者根据杏鲍菇自身生物学特点,结合北京气候条件,采用覆土栽培的培养方式,对工厂化淘汰的菌袋进行二次利用,能够有效提高杏鲍菇菌袋的利用率,为农民创造收益,同时覆土处理的菌袋出菇之后作为生物肥料为植物利用,因而具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。 Year round industrial cultivation is the most popular model of the mushroom Pleurotus eryngii cultivation in urban area Beijing. According to the equipment operating costs, cultural media have been used only for the first cutting in most P. eryngii factories. It is waste of resources. In this study, soil sealing cultivation was used for recycling of P. eryngii cultural media from factories based on its own characters and climatic conditions in Beijing. It can effectively improve utilization of P. eryngii cultural media and increase economic benefits of local farmers. On the other hand, the buried cultural media are high- quality bio-fertilizers for plant cultivation.
