Survey on Hand Hygiene Compliance Among Health Care Workers in a Hospital,2010

[目的]了解临床科室医护人员手卫生自我评估情况,为进一步研究医护人员手卫生依从性的影响因素及探索提高手卫生依从性的措施提供参考依据。[方法]2010年2月,对某三级甲等医院临床科室的525名医护人员进行调查。[结果]调查525人,96.59%认为手卫生与院内感染有必然联系,84.95%提出有手卫生相关培训的需求,对手卫生设施和配置感觉比较方便的占90.86%;认为每次洗手应该消耗时间<5s的占6.10%,5～9s的占32.38%,10～29s的占37.71%,≥30s的占23.81%;自己洗手行为较差的时刻是在直接接触病人前、脱去手套后、工作结束/告一段落后,洗手者分别占78.67%、69.52%、70.87%;认为自己手卫生不及时的原因,主要是工作忙碌而忘记洗手(占64.19%)和认为洗手用品对皮肤有刺激(占23.67%)。[结论]某医院临床科室医护人员的手卫生状况较好。医护人员认为不及时洗手的原因主要是工作忙碌忘记洗手。

[Objective]To investigate the self-assessment of the health care workers （HCWs） for hand hygiene, so as to supply reference for researching the impact factors of hand hygiene compliance and the measures for improvement of the hand hygiene compliance of HCWs. [Methods]In February, 2010, assessing the hand hygiene（HH） compliance of 525 HCWs in one three level of first-class hospital with non-registered questionnaires. [-Results] Of the 525 HCWs, 96.59% of HCWs consider that there was relationship between hand hygiene and nosocomial infection; 84.95 % of HCWs put forward training needs about hand hygiene, 90.86 % of hand hygiene felt that the hand hygiene facilities were convenient; 6.10 % of HCWs thought that the time consuming of hand hygiene should be 5 seconds,32.38% thought that it should be 5-9 seconds, 37.71 % thought that it should be10-29 seconds, 23.81 % thought that it should be more than 30 seconds% the HCWs thought that the moment they did hand hygiene poor were＂before touching the patients＂, ＂after removing gloves＂and＂finish work/work over＂, and the hand hygiene rates were78.67%, 69.52%, 70.87% %the main reasons impacting the hand hygiene rates were＂ busy working＂ （64.19 % ） and＂ the stimulation of hand hygiene products＂ （23.67 % ）. [Conclusion] The hand hygiene compliance rates are good,the main reason impacting the hand hygiene rates is ＂busy working ＂.
