摘要
[目的]了解高等学校学生健康知识、行为、技能掌握情况,评价健康教育的效果。[方法]2011年9~11月,对广东省仲恺农业工程学院、广东水利电力职业技术学院的3 180名入学新生进行调查,比较健康教育前后的健康素养、健康生活方式与行为、预防保健常识、医疗防护基本技能的知晓率。[结果]调查3 180人,健康素养知识知晓率,健康教育前为50.38%,教育后为96.37%(P<0.01);健康生活方式与行为知识知晓率,健康教育前为56.63%,教育后为97.42%(P<0.01);预防保健常识知识知晓率,健康教育前为28.45%,教育后为94.24%(P<0.01);医疗防护基本技能知识知晓率,健康教育前为40.77%,教育后为95.29%(P<0.01)。[结论]在新生入学之初及时进行健康素养知识的教育,具有明显的教育效果。
[Objective]To understand the general condition of the health knowledge,behavior, and skills among the col- lege students in Guangzhou city, so as to evaluate the effect of health education. [Methods]A survey was conducted,which compared the awareness rates including health literacy, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, preventive health care knowledge, basic skills of medical protection be{ore and after health courses given among 3 180 first-year-students in Zhongkai Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Guangdong Technical College of Water Reources and Electric Engnieer from March to November, 2011. [Results]The average healthl;literacy awareness rate was 50.38 % before the health courses and after that was 96.37%( P 〈0.01) ;The rate of the healthy lifestyles and behaviors was 56.63% before it and was 97.42%( P 〈 0.01) after it;The preventive health care knowledge rate changed from 28.45 % to 94.24 % ( P 〈0.01), The awareness rate of basic skills of medical protection increased from 40.77% to 95. 29% ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]The timely health courses given to the freshmen have an obviours education effect.
