摘要
目的 为介入放射学提供符合辐射防护最优化的个人防护用品。方法 模拟介入放射手术条件 ,测量不同厚度的铅胶板对介入手术者身体主要部位散射线的防护效果 ,确定最佳防护厚度 ;根据安全、轻便、舒适、方便的原则 ,通过对国内外产品的对比分析 ,征求介入放射学者的意见 ,设计防护用品的理想结构形式。结果 研制出防护帽、防护颈套、防护眼镜、防护面罩和防护服等可供介入放射学选用的系列防护用品。结论 应用这些防护用品 ,能确保介入放射学者的安全 ,并可减轻其不必要的负重 ,有利于介入手术操作。
Objective To provide the possible finest individual protective articles dealing with the radiation protection for the radio interventional operaters.Methods Methods of the study include (1) establishing the virtual conditions of radio interventional operations; (2) measuring the protective efficacy of the lead rubber of different depthes for different parts of the radio interventional operaters; (3) determining the most rational protective depthes; and (4) designing probably the most perfect structure of the protective articles on the basis of analizing the corresponding products both at home and abroad, collecting the opinions of the radio interventional operaters and other specialists, and in line with the principle of safety, lightness, comfortability & convenience. Results Series of protective articles including protective hat, neck scarf, glasses, and other clothings were manufactured. Conclusions These protective articles could ensure safety for the radio interventional operaters, reduce the operaters′ load and, facilitate radio interventional operations.
