摘要
真空定量灌肠机是在真空条件下向肠衣中连续自动灌装肉馅,集定量灌装、高速扭结于一身的真空灌装机。文中以实际工程项目为背景,提出了利用可编程控制器(PLC)、触摸屏、伺服驱动器、伺服电机来实现真空定量灌肠机控制的方法。实际应用表明,该方法控制方便,界面友好。
The Vacuum Quantitative Sausage Filler can auto-fill meat stuffing continuously under the vacuum condition.It has advantage of dosing filling and high-speed twisting.Based on the practical engineering projects,this paper introduces a method which used programmable controller（PLC）,touch screen,servo driver,servo motor to realize the control of Vacuum Quantitative Sausage Filler.Application shows that the method is convenient in control and friendly in interface.
