摘要
T/R组件的散热是雷达是否正常工作的重要条件,通过调整机箱结构布局和散热方式,使其满足热设计要求。文中基于ICEPAK软件对T/R机箱的原散热方式和改进后的散热方式进行建模和仿真,仿真结果表明改进方式有效,能够有效提高散热的效果。
The thermal control of T/R module is a very important condition for the normal usage of radar system.The configuration and the thermal control system of the device are adjusted for fulfill the demands of thermal design.Based on ICEPAK software,it focuses on simulation calculation of original thermal mode and ameliorative thermal mode for T/R Cabinet.The result shows that the ameliorative thermal mode is effective.
