摘要 数控车床作为机电一体化的典型产品,是集机械、计算机、自动控制及检测等技术为一身的自动化设备,适用于加工多品种小批量及结构较复杂、精度要求较高的零件。文中简要分析了国内外数控车床技术的发展现状,列举了几种国外著名的数控车床产品,指出了当前我国数控车床技术存在的不足之处,最后给出了我国数控车床的发展方向。 As a kind of typical mechatronic product,NC lathe is an automation equipment which integrated machine tool,computer,automatic control and detecting technologies.It can be used to process the parts which are varied and small batch,and the parts whose structure is more complex and precision.In this paper,the development status of NC lathe is analyzed,several famous foreign NC lathes products are enumerated,and the deficiencies of NC lathe technology are pointed out.In the final,the development direction of our NC lathe products are given.
