摘要
文中对挖装机中输送机部件的运行阻力、链条张力和紧链力进行了分析。依据最小张力点等于零的原则,应用"逐点计算法",并结合刮板输送机的实际使用状况,得出了具体的计算公式,为刮板输送机的预紧力和紧链力计算、驱动系统的计算选择提供了理论依据,并成功应用于JGMWZ340型隧道挖装机的设计,对隧道挖装机输送机的安全、经济运行起到了指导作用。
The running resistance of Digging conveyor components which installed in excavator,and the chain tension and tightening force of Scraper conveyor device were analyzed in this paper.According to the principle of minimum zero tension point and the point-by-point method,and the actual situation of the scraper conveyor,a formula is obtained.The formula is used to calculate the preload and tightening force of the scraper conveyor,and provide a theoretical basis for selecting of drive system components.The formula is used to play a guiding role of designing the JGMWZ340 tunnel excavator,and the security and economy of the tunnel excavator.
