正圆锥管斜交圆管展开方法研究

Research on Spread-drawing Method of Intersecting Circular Cone and Pipe

用Pro/E进行特征造型,并采用内壁相贯线为原点轨迹线,进行可变截面扫描、修剪外壁的方法,然后在钣金模块下生成展开图,解决了壁厚对展开图的影响问题。能对不合适参数进行判断和提示,而且增加了图纸壁厚参数,提高了图纸的实用性。通过改变参数,实现了任意直径、偏距和夹角的正圆锥管斜交圆管的展开图设计。最后用Pro/TOOLKIT函数和Visual C++进行二次开发,将此功能以插件的形式集成到Pro/E中。

The feature modeling is created in Pro/E.The inner wall intersecting line is selected as the origin of trajectory to create a variable section sweep.The variable section sweep is used to trim the outer wall and the outer wall is spread in sheet metal mode.In this way the influence of wall thickness is decreased.Through changing the parameters,it realized the spread-drawing of intersecting circular cone and pipe with a rang of diameters and distance and included angles.
