摘要 基于战略的多项目管理,不仅仅是一个新的组织管理技术,同时也是由组织结构、全面的信息系统以及组织文化所组成的一个系统。 The strategy-based multi-project management is not only a new technique of organization and management,but a system of organizational structure,comprehensive information and organization cultures.
