摘要
失稳是影响机械设备性能发挥的重要因素,导致了设备的破坏和事故的发生。为了避免文中所示型号钢管水压机步进机构发生失稳,以屈曲分析为理论基础,以ANSYS为研究平台,通过对钢管水压机步进机构进行稳定性分析,得到了该型号钢管水压机所能承受的最大外部载荷。此值有助于实验人员确定该种型号钢管水压机所能实验的最大钢管质量。
Instability greatly affects the performance of mechanical equipment,causing damages to the equipment and accidents.To avoid the instability of the stepping mechanism of the steel-pipe hydraulic tester mentioned below,the paper,based on buckling analysis and ANSYS,and after analyzing the stability of the stepping mechanism of steel-pipe hydraulic testers,gets the maximum exterior load of the tester,which may be helpful to determine the maximum quality of this type of tester.
