摘要
振动沉模现浇混凝土管桩技术,采取振动沉模自动排土现场灌注混凝土而成管桩。在形成复合地基时,为了保证桩与土共同承担荷载,并调整桩与桩间土之间竖向荷载及水平荷载的分担比例,以及减少基础底面的应力集中问题,在桩顶设置褥垫层,从而形成现浇薄壁管桩复合地基。
The technology of vibratory sink mode cast-in-place concrete pipe piles adopts the vibratory sink modes to automatically cast concrete.In the formation of composite foundation,to ensure the load sharing between the piles and soil,to adjust the sharing proportions of the vertical and horizontal loads between the piles and soil and to reduce the stress concentration in the foundation bottom,cushions are laid on top of the piles,forming cast-in-place thin-wall pipe-pile composite foundation.
