大树移植是一项季节性强、工作环节多、技术含量高、难度大的系统工程,为了确保计划的顺利实施和大树移植的成活率,太原市建立了大树种植工程指挥部和严密的质量监控体系,制定了严格的大树移植技术操作规程。
Big tree transplanting is seasonal and difficult system engineering with many links and needing technological quality.To ensure the fulfillment of the plan and survival rate of the trees,a headquarter of transplanting and a quality monitoring system are built,and strict technological transplanting procedures are made in Taiyuan.
