摘要
介绍采用固定总价合同并以BT模式建设的杭州沿江大道运河隧道工程实施过程中带有典型意义的三项变更,并对变更引起的合同双方在变更工程计价上的争议进行分析,给出了固定总价合同中有关变更工程计价的原则建议,即按照总价-合价-单价的优先顺序来解决有关争议。
Introduce three typical changes of Hangzhou along the canal road tunnel project that use lump-sum contract and BT model,analyzes the disputes of pricing of changed engineering for two parties in contract,give some suggestions about pricing principle of changed engineering in lump-sum contract,that according to the order of priority of the total price-combined price-unit price.
