PPH加弧形缝合术治疗环状混合痔临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of the Combined Therapy of PPH plus Arc Suture in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察PPH加弧形缝合术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将126例环状混合痔分成两组，治疗组61例采用PPH加弧形缝合术治疗，对照组65例采用传统内括约肌切断扩肛、外剥内扎术治疗。结果显示，治疗组在术后疼痛、出血、水肿、尿潴留、肛门狭窄及愈合时间上明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，PPH加弧形缝合术较传统手术有明显优点。

One hundred and twenty six patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH） were divided into two groups. Patients in the study group（ n =61） underwent the combined therapy of PPH plus arc suture（PPH plus AS） ,while patients in the control group（ n =65） underwent the traditional therapy of incision of internal sphincter,anus dilation and external dissection ＆ internal ligation. As results,the study group was superior to the control group in the aspects of postoperative pain, bleeding, edema, urine retention,anal stricture and healing time（ P d0.01）. It is concluded that the combined therapy of PPH plus AS is better than the traditional therapy in the treatment of CMH.
