PPH加外痔切剥术与外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效比较

Comparison of the Therapeutic Results of PPH plus Dissection ＆ Resection of the External Hemorrhoids and the Traditional External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemor- rhoids

为比较PPH加外痔切剥术与传统外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将160例环状混合痔随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组80例采用PPH加外痔切剥术治疗，对照组80例采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。结果显示，治疗组术后平均住院时间短于对照组、术后并发症发生率及术后复发率均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，PPH加外痔切剥术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切，术后恢复快，并发症少。

One hundred and sixty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH） were randomized into two groups. Patients in the study group（ n =80） underwent PPH plus dissection 8. resection of the external hemorrhoids（PPH plus DREH） ,while patients in the control group underwent traditional pro- cedure of external dissection ＆ internal ligation（EDIL）. As results,the average hospital stay,occurrence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were less in the study group than in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that PPH plus DREH is a better procedure in terms of better therapeutic efficacy, more rapid recovery and less complications.
