吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔41例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of PPH in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids：Analysis of 41 Cases

为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔的疗效，将82例重度痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。观察组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗，对照组采用开放式外剥内扎术治疗。结果显示，与对照组比较，观察组手术时间短，术中出血量少，术后并发症少，住院时间短，总有效率高。结果表明，吻合器痔上黏膜环切术效果满意，实施中需要注意掌握适应症及禁忌症。

Eighty two patients with severe hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups. Patients in the study group（n =41） underwent PPH,while patients in the control group（n =41） underwent the open procedure of external dissection and internal ligation（EDIL）. As results,the operative time was shorter,in- traoperative bleeding was less, the postoperative complications were less,the hospital stay was less and the general improvement rate was higher in the study group. It is concluded that PPH can ensure a satisfactory therapeutic result,while indications and contraindications should he strictly noticed.
