桃仁珍珠汤经结肠治疗机灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the the Treatment of Ulcerative Therapeutic Efficacy of Taoren Zhenzhu Tang Enema via a Transcolonic Device in colitis. Analysis of 50 Cases

为探讨桃仁珍珠汤经结肠治疗机灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效，将98例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组50例采用桃仁珍珠汤经结肠治疗机灌肠治疗，总有效率98％；对照组48例采用该药以传统方法保留灌肠治疗，总有效率77％。结果显示，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，桃仁珍珠汤经结肠治疗机灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。

Ninety eight patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups, patients in the study group（ n = 50） received Taoren zhenzhu Tang（Decoction of peach kernel ＆. pearl, DPKP） enema via a transcolonic device,while patients in the control group（ n =48） received traditional retention enema of this drugs. As results,the general improvement rate was 98.0% in the study group and 77.0% in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the therapeutic efficacy of DPKP is satisfactory in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
