切除缝合法与切除法治疗血栓性外痔的疗效观察

Comparison of the Therapeutic Results of Resection and Suture vs Resection in the Treatment of Thrombotic External Hemorrhoids

要为比较切除缝合法与切除法治疗血栓性外痔的疗效，将60例血栓性外痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组采用切除缝合法治疗，对照组采用切除法治疗。分别对两组术后临床疗效、术后出血、术后水肿、术后疗程指标进行观察统计。结果显示，运用切除缝合法治疗血栓性外痔，其临床疗效、术后并发症等评分均优于传统的切除法（P〈0．05）。结果表明，与切除法相比，切除缝合法治疗血栓性外痔的疗效更好，且并发症少。

The objective of the study was to compared the therapeutic results of the two procedures（resection ＆ suture vs resection） in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids（TEH）. Sixty patients with TEH were randomized into two groups, patients in the study group （n =30） underwent resection plus suture,while patients in the control group（ n =30） resection only. Postoperative therapeutic efficacy, bleeding, edema and treatment course were compared. As results, the score in the aspects of clinical therapeutic efficacy and postoperative complications was better in the study group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the procedure of resection plus suture is better in the treatment of TEH and less complication.
