肛窦炎并发前列腺炎90例治疗分析

Treatment of Anal Sinusitis Accompanied with Prostatitis.Analysis of 90 Cases

为探讨肛窦炎并发前列腺炎的临床表现及最佳治疗方法，回顾性分析90例肛窦炎并发前列腺炎患者的临床资料。结果显示，两病同时治疗，治愈率87．8％。随访半年，无复发。结果表明，肛窦炎能并发前列腺炎，前列腺炎能加重肛窦炎，单一治疗困难，两病同时治疗才能提高治愈率。

The clinical data of 90 patients with anal sinusitis accompanied with prostatitis（ASAP）,who had been received in my hospital, were analyzed retrospectively. As results, ASAP were treated at the same time,and the cure rate was 87.8%. No recurrence was found during the follow up of 6 months. It is revealed that anal sinusitis can be accompanied by prostatitis, and prostatitis can worsen anal sinusitis;so cure rate can only be heightened by treatment of the two diseases at the same time.
